The exciting evolution of 379 Collins Street has reached a new milestone, with major improvements now complete for the building’s tenant community.

The ground floor has been transformed into an immersive experience that fuses Parisian influences with biophilic design, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor environments. Designed by award-winning Australian firms Gray Puksand and Studio Tate, the reimagined space features a triple-height fully glazed atrium, a light-filled lounge area, a grab-and-go café and a luxury retail offering.

  • The newly completed ground floor now welcomes Ari Espresso, a vibrant grab-and-go café that is open and serving tenants and visitors alike.

  • The security access control system provides access to the building at all perimeter doors and garage.  There is also overnight security patrols and 24/7 CCTV monitoring.

  • The main plant operates from 8:00am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday. After-hours air-conditioning is available by lodging a request on the Knight Frank Helpdesk.

  • The building has dedicated common area and tenancy cleaners on-site daily.

  • 379 Collins Street currently has a NABERS Energy Rating of 4.5 stars and is striving to achieve 5 stars.

  • End-of-trip facilities are located on the basement level of 379 Collins Street, with secure bicycle storage on ground floor.

    Supporting active lifestyles and wellbeing, the new end of trip facilities include contemporary high end change rooms, electronically heated showers, complimentary body wash, daily towel service, smart lockers equipped with hangers, drying cupboards, ironing facilities, toilets, grooming stations, shoe storage, secure bike storage and a bike repair station.

  • Our level 8 bookable conference facilities are exclusively for building tenants. The Collins Room accommodates 30-40 people, while the Park Room offers space for up to 8 attendees. The Park Room adapts to various needs, from strategy sessions to wellness activities, and provides a quiet space for prayer or private moments.
